My Favorite Kitchen Products
As someone who bakes multiple times a week, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. If you’re like me, it’s important to invest in great products and tools that are useful, durable, and ultimately, will make your life easier!
I’ve pulled together a few of my top favorite products that at this point, I consider a necessity. To make it easier, I’ve included links for each of these products. View my full list of must-have kitchen products on my LTK shop here.

Kitchen Appliances
This first one should come as no surprise. If you’re someone who loves to bake, a KitchenAid Artisan 5 qt. Stand Mixer isn’t a want, but rather, a need. From kneading dough for cinnamon rolls and breads to mixing heavy or sticky cookie dough, a stand mixer is a serious game changer. I’ve had mine for almost four years now and I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth. You’ll save time, tears, and at the end of the day, create better treats.
Now, for a few recent additions to my kitchen tool collection. My food processor is one of my new favorites. At first, I didn’t see a need, but since getting this, I’ve used it quite a bit. Obviously, it will save you a good chunk of time crushing cookies, graham crackers, etc., but I have also used my food processor as a blender to make truffles. You can even use it to shred chicken and grate cheese – the opportunities are seriously endless.
Kitchen Tools
Another recent buy that is an absolute game changer is my OXO Adjustable Measuring Cup. I can’t even tell you how amazing this little tool is. Measuring out peanut butter and other ingredients? It’s a breeze. When using a traditional measuring cup to measure out liquids (especially sticky ones), you tend to lose a lot of product. With this little gadget, you can easily and cleanly measure and transfer ingredients to your mixing bowl. If there’s one item that I recommend the most on this list, it’s definitely this one!
When I first started baking, I went out and bought a cheap pack of spatulas and it was a huge regret. They were extremely flimsy which made it impossible to mix batters and scrape the sides of mixing bowls. The tools you use MATTER. These are my favorite quality spatulas from Williams Sonoma – and I have a variety for different purposes. Not only do they make baking easier, but they are durable and excellent quality.
Another gadget that I was late to the game on: OXO Cookie Scoopers. For years, I just used a spoon to scoop out cookie dough and I didn’t see what difference a scooper would make. Then, I purchased a set, and my life changed forever. I use these for cookie dough, scooping batter into muffin trays, and more. Pro tip: order the OXO ones with the rubber grips – your hands sometimes get greasy when scooping and rolling cookie dough and if you don’t have the grips, the scooper just slides out of your hands.
Storage
Truly one of my top investments and most used items is my glass tupperware. Obviously, I love these for storing baked goods – they’re easy to clean and airtight which keeps your baked goods fresh for days (I cannot stress how important this is!). But, I also use these all the time while I’m baking. They’re my go-to if I have to melt anything in the microwave. You will save time, money, and even storage space with these!
Accessories
Now, this next one is a bit of a splurge and not as much of a necessity, but I truly LOVE the WellnessMats. They’re super cushy, easy to clean, and the quality lasts. If you’re spending serious time in the kitchen, I highly recommend purchasing one of these mats. Your feet and back will thank you!
And that completes my list (at least for now)! If you’re new to baking or even a seasoned pro, I hope you enjoyed and found this helpful!
